Designed youth mentorship and trainings to enable individuals and teams to effectively develop into highly effective leaders and high performance teams and individuals. The programmes are based on experiential learning which involves teams of participants being taken by qualified and sensitive facilitators through a series of tasks. They stumble, restart, succeed, celebrate… before reviewing the lessons learned from their successes and failures and moving on to the next task. These programmes enable the trainees to develop trust, communication, teamwork, effective working procedures and styles (including openness, time management, leadership, creativity and problem solving), and interpersonal understanding and relationships (including emotional intelligence and win-win attitudes).

AI also undertake trainings for the youth on business, investment areas and finance management, employment opportunism, agriculture and livestock production and value addition. Accountability Institute has worked extensively in providing high-impact programmes in desired organizational culture development and strengthening. We have extensively worked with a broad range of organizations in facilitating retreats/symposia for various outcomes, and for various youth groups.
